Instruction Memoranda

This page will contain Manual-related updates to BLM policy. Any Manual of Surveying Instructions is a compilation of policies, procedures, and laws as of the date of printing. Between Manual publications, BLM issues documents called "Instruction Memoranda" which are not generally released to the private surveying profession. This page will provide a place for you to investigate any and all updates or clarifications to the Manual.
